Background

Jim has been in public accounting practice for nearly 40 years, most as a sole practitioner.  He has a wide array of clients across various industries, and has built his practice on providing accounting and tax services to closely held businesses and business owners.   

He provides accounting and management consulting services to all types of clientele, with an emphasis on manufacturing, construction, medical practice, service industry clients and non-profit organizations.  He is a graduate of Youngstown State University.

Michael J. Humphries
CPA, MT

Background

Mike has been a practicing CPA for more than 20 years.  He was a partner at a large local firm prior to merging his practice with Jim to form Colella & Humphries in January, 2013.  His expertise is working with closely held businesses providing general business, accounting, and tax services to those businesses and their owners.  

Mike also provides accounting and management consulting services to all types of clientele, with an emphasis on manufacturing, construction, medical practice, service industry clients. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University and the University of Akron.
